Just a little something about the elections here in Romania...
Well.. presidential elections... every four years... nothing unordynary
in that, no ? But (there's always a but) not like in the U.S. or someplace
else (anywhere in polithycally advanced countries) with two candidates ...
noooo... 50% of the population ... and I mean only half, because the other
half is satisfied if it gets a place in the parlament ...
Lots of candidates, therefore we need two rounds... the first two candidates
get into round two... and the people have to choose between them...
So this year in the second round :
They both have honest faces, don't they ? [nooooot] But, upon closer
inspection of their histories, you find out (or already know) that both of
them are X-communists, but htere are some little, but significant differences
between the two of them.
Our country had a *very* communist leader, Nicolae Ceausescu, who in 1989 had
to be executed (abuse of power). Vadim was his right hand helper ...
He once said [direct translation]:"This country can be leaded only with a
machine-gun". Who in his right mind says stuff like this and then wants to be
president ? There are rumors aout him having a black list with names of people
that have to be executed (mostly politicians), because the country cannot be
with them alive ... And another thing .. he said he'll have to hang all
of the hungarians (p.s.:I'm one of them) and gipsies living in Romania ...
Romanians, I am very dissapointed... looks like there aren't a lot of sane
people in this country ... I mean who in his right mind would vote for an
asshole and psycho like this ? Well, luckyly only 30% of the country is insane
and stupid ... Vadim didn't win ... God... you should have seen the look on his
face... He was steamin '...

FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD.. THE MAN IS 71 YEARS OLD !!!!! Jesus fuckin Christ.. he's
gonna die in a year or two, and then the president will probably be Vadim ...
So in conclusion, our future is as bright as the eight ball ... Forget NATO,
forget the EU, forget dreamin about a good life....
